B'st is one of six playable characters in Sea of Stars. He is a lost one from one of Aephorul's experiments that was given physical form by Resh'an through Living Glass.

One of the lost souls left behind in the wake of The Fleshmancer’s wicked experiments, B’st remained trapped in a dome for centuries for fear of his gaseous form dissipating into nothingness.

B’st’s unbreakable will qualified as the missing ingredient for Resh’an to finally achieve the creation of Living Glass. Now given physical form again, B’st inhabits his Living Glass Golem and is ready to join the fight to reclaim his world.

Profile

Appearance

In his spirit form, B'st is a floating magenta-pink lost one with a gaseous appearance. His eyes have bright cyan pupils with black sclerae.

In his Living Glass form, B'st's spirit is encased in a humanoid golem structure made of translucent glass. His face resides within the golem's chest, rather than at the golem's small head. A pair of steamy, off-white tendrils protrude from the golem's head. His talk portraits depict the tendrils to flare or spike with his emotions, and some of them depict a little fang inside of his mouth.

Personality

When first met, B'st is reserved and wary about the party, though he accompanies them once he recognizes that Resh'an is present. He is wistful and forlorn, and finds himself upset and even vengeful concerning The Fleshmancer and the deaths of his people.

Once Resh'an provides him a form via Living Glass, B'st becomes more energetic and optimistic about defeating The Fleshmancer. He is more open towards the party and shows his honorable nature. His determination and will are what properly bind his soul to the Living Glass. B'st enjoys fighting for sport and the sense of honor he feels from conquering the arena.
