Basic Salad is a snack in Sea of Stars. It is purchased from a merchant at Sunglow Lake, although this was not the case prior to the "Dawn of Equinox" game update.
An optional one is obtained from a rescued villager behind the first pushable block during the "Cataclysm" section of the game at the Port Town of Brisk.
Its recipe is unlocked by default at the Mountain Trail.
