The Oracle of Tides is a character in Sea of Stars. He is a Docarri whom Valere and Zale seek guidance from. He is one of three seers, one who is able to commune with the waters of the world.

Appearance[]
The Oracle of Tides wears a yellow robe that goes across his right shoulder. The robe is held around his waist by a brown belt. His skin is bright blue, as are the antenna-like parts of his face which become white at the ends. He holds a walking stick in typically his right hand.
