Not much in known of Rachater's early life, though at some point he joined the Triumvirate of Eminence.

One day, Rachater, alongside Abstarak, listened to Brother Casugin's report upon his return on a group that broke the seal on the entrance to the Sacrosanct Spires, with one of them using Songster Magic. Afterwards, Rachater volunteered to deal with the intruders by setting a trap in the Hunting Fields for them and sent them to the gallows underneath. This failed, as the group was able to escape and on the way out, freed Verlot from his prison.

At some point before the group confronted the Triumvirate, Rachater destroyed the lever mechanism that controlled the stone piece that Es’tristae was holding, which would have allowed it to drop and restore power to the Speedball Network.

Upon the group confronting the Triumvirate, they then engaged them in battle, with Rachater using his bazooka and bombs against them. Despite putting up a tough fight, the Triumvirate was defeated, with Rachater being the first to fade away.
