The Rainbow Conch is a key item in Sea of Stars. There is a total of 60 of them, which can be turned in to Mirna at Docarri Village for various rewards.

	4	Stonemasons Outpost	Mistral Bracelet	Up and left of a water grate is a building with a sleeping Molekin and a green rotatable fan. Use the Mistral Bracelet on the fan, then return outside and talk to the Chi, the Molekin in the wooden tub by the grate.
	5	Moorlands	Mistral Bracelet	At the largest lake of the Moorlands situated next to a campfire, swim below and left of the cliff and climb up to reach the lower side of a pushable block decorated with a large teal amber crystal. Push the block up against the treasure chest cliff using the Mistral Bracelet to spawn a climbable block. Climb onto it and then the next ledge to reach the treasure chest.
	6	Coral Cascades	First visit	Starting from the top of the Coral Cascades, head past the first enemy encounter consisting of 1 Croube and 1 Mangler Fish, then swim down the right waterfall in order to reach a green rotatable fan. Use the Mistral Bracelet on the fan to spawn the treasure chest.
	7	Coral Cascades	First visit	Starting near the bottom of the Coral Cascades, use the two successive water geyers to reach a ledge that is next to a river with a strong current. Head right towards a torch next a ledge above a small waterfall. Jump to break through the rock and swim downward towards the treasure chest.
	8	Port Town of Brisk	First visit	From the entrance of the Port Town of Brisk, walk down to the bottom-left corner of the town. Open the treasure chest next to a couple of large blue-purple flowers.

	12	Port Town of Brisk	First visit	Swim underneath the pier of the Port Town of Brisk to reach the Hidden Market. Open the treasure chest on the left side.
	13	Port Town of Brisk	First visit	Prior to the "Cataclysm" section of the game, this Rainbow Conch is available by pushing a block in the upper-right corner of the Port Town of Brisk. After the "Cataclysm" section, the method changes, and it instead becomes available by heading north of the fountain as far as possible, then rightwards then downwards into the rubble.
	14	Abandoned Wizard's Lab	First visit	Open the treasure chest in the teal room of the Abandoned Wizard's Lab.
	15	Abandoned Wizard's Lab	First visit	The purple room, yellow room, and red room of the Abandoned Wizard's Lab must all be completed to spawn the treasure chest containing the Rainbow Conch; it will spawn in the final completed room, regardless of completion order. Unlike with other Rainbow Conch treasure chests, which are blue, this treasure chest assumes the appearance of a normal brown treasure chest.
