The Throne of The Queen That Was is a location in Sea of Stars. After activating the Speedball Network Station at Es'tristae's Lookout, it is accessible from the Cerulean Expanse, by heading northeast, southeast, northeast, then east, per "The Cerulean Expedition" Teaks story.
Discovery[]
The Cerulean Expanse room before the Throne of The Queen That Was.
The Cerulean Expanse room leading to the Throne of The Queen That Was can be accessed at any point in the story, even without receiving the instructions beforehand; however, the actual throne room cannot be accessed until the Speedball Network Station is activated at Es'tristae's Lookout.
After defeating the Dweller of Dread, speaking to Seraï at any campsite will grant the player Joce's Belt Buckle, an artifact that unlocks a new story for Teaks, "The Cerulean Expedition." The story must be parsed in order to understand the correct set of directions that allows the player to reach the Throne of The Queen That Was.
- Brochu's team's directions were northeast, southeast, south, then northwest, where the first two directions felt "correct."
- Elbi's team's directions were southwest, south, southwest, then east, where only the final direction felt "correct."
- Joce's team's directions were north, east, northeast, then south, where only the third direction felt "correct."
Combined, the directions to reach the throne room are northeast, southeast, northeast, then east.
