3 Tomato Clubs are obtained from Headmaster Moraine at the Zenith Academy by default during story progression. Another 3 are obtained from Headmaster Moraine in Mooncradle by default during story progression. An optional one is obtained from a rescued villager in The Humble Boast during the "Cataclysm" section of the game at the Port Town of Brisk.
Its recipe is unlocked by default at the Mountain Trail.
