The Tome of Knowledge is a relic in Sea of Stars. It is purchased from the Hidden Market at the Port Town of Brisk.
The Tome of Knowledge attempts to increase internal XP gain by 20% for each individual enemy in an encounter, though any partial XP is rounded up to the next experience point. Due to rounding, XP gain can be anywhere from 20-100%. Note that the base 20% value applies to the internal XP gain rather than the displayed XP gain (more info on internal XP here).
