Waltzers are an enemy in Sea of Stars. They become extinct after all of their encounters are exhausted, though it is possible to keep some of them alive by avoiding the optional ones.

Profile[]
Appearance[]
Waltzers are a pair of elegantly-dressed human spirits in black ballroom outfits. They are intertwined in a never-ending dance, with blue fire at their feet that glows red when they attack. They appear in any combination of their two forms.
One of their forms is a black-haired woman wearing a dress with a low neckline. In their concept artwork, the dress is open-backed, revealing a wide spine structure. Her hair is tied in a short ponytail, and her forehead is covered in a red burn scar. The back of her skull is missing, exposing the parietal section of her red brain. The other form is a black-haired a man wearing a suit with a bowtie. His skeletal legs are revealed by ragged pants, and a large red burn scar covers half of his face, the left side in the concept artwork. His red spine runs down from the base of his head down to the middle of his back, running over his clothing.
Skills[]
Regular Attack[]
One of the Waltzers is twirled in a circle by their dance partner, which causes the twirled member to absorb their partner's flame as the flames transform from blue to red. The twirled member releases one hand from their partner, which propels their body and arm outward, launching the flames as a projectile that curves towards a single party member.
Trivia[]
- In total, there are 8 Waltzers: 4 Waltzers with a male and female dance partner, 3 Waltzers with male dance partners, and 1 Waltzers with female dance partners.

"Displayed XP" is the data the game presents upon completion of a battle, and this value is derived from the internal XP multiplied by 2 then multiplied by the party level (internal XP * 2 * party level = displayed XP). If the player levels up, then the data presented in the "Displayed XP" columns of this chart becomes inaccurate, as the true displayed value is the sum of the internal XP multiplied among multiple party levels.
